We stayed in a hotel right in the heart of Acapulco, opposite the lively bars on the main strip. It was just a short walk to the beach, where all the beachfront clubs were located. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the people jumping off the famous bungee jump. The room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel staff was pleasant. The breakfast buffet looked good, although we didn't try it. the location was perfect for partying and enjoying the beach.
The noise from the discos kept us awake at night.
